The door jambs are available in two size options: 100mm or 125mm. For 3" studwork, 100mm jambs are recommended for a finished wall thickness of 100mm when using 12.5mm plasterboard. For 4" studwork, 125mm jambs are required for an overall wall thickness of 125mm when using 125mm plasterboard.
