Installation Instructions

Before installation, it is essential to coat all faces and edges of both the frames and the doors with a high-quality sealer to protect against moisture ingress. Failure to do so may lead to shrinkage, warping, twisting, and splitting of the frame and doors.

It is advised not to use water-based stains, paints, or varnishes on the product.

Wall Compatibility

• Brick Wall: The brick wall should be lined with polythene between the brickwork and the frame.
• Stud Wall: The opening of the plasterboard-faced stud wall needs to be lined with wood, onto which the frame can be fixed. If the wall is thinner than the frame width (133mm), the frame width can be reduced accordingly.
