Frame Specifications
Door frames are supplied in lengths of 2.1 meters by 2 meters width. These will need cutting down to suit the sizing configuration purchased before installation. Available options are:
- 108mm x 22mm thickness
- 133mm x 22mm thickness (supplied unfinished, ready to prime/paint on site)
Pair Maker (T-Lip)
A pair maker can be used to create a door edge when installing doors as pairs (supplied primed white, ready to finish on site). Please add 12mm to the overall width if a pair maker is selected.
Important Information
Doors are supplied as singular doors and not rebated. Due to the unique design of this industrial style door range, featuring narrow 80mm wide stiles and rails, a specialist range of hardware must be used in conjunction with these doors. Various latches are specifically designed with a 53mm latch casing to complement the 80mm stiles. Using alternative hardware could potentially cause significant damage and compromise the installation and functionality. Installation guidelines provided with each door must be adhered to.
