Installation Details

This door system allows you to slide the door straight into a discreet pocket, hidden within the cavity. The pocket frame is constructed from durable galvanized steel and is supplied complete with the necessary track and fixings. The cassette system includes a comprehensive timber lining kit (jambs) to finish the installation perfectly.

The door jambs are available in two size options: 100mm or 125mm. For 3" studwork, use 100mm jambs to achieve a finished wall thickness of 100mm when finished with 12.5mm plasterboard. For 4" studwork, use 125mm jambs for a wall thickness of 125mm with 125mm plasterboard.

This system does not require a bottom track or threshold strip, allowing for a seamless floor transition through the opening. Accessories such as soft door closers, flush door pulls, and bathroom locks can be purchased separately.
