Installation Guidance

This door range has edge bands already affixed. However, if there is a need for on-site trimming (maximum trimming allowance of 3mm), please follow the guidance below:

• Reapply the edge banding supplied within the packaging using a good quality impact glue. Maintain constant pressure until the edge band adheres to the long edges of the door.
• If you prefer not to reapply the spare edge banding, use a good quality paint to match the nearest RAL color to the face of the door. Apply masking tape to the face edge of the door before painting to avoid overspill.
• It is recommended to apply a minimum of two coats of paint for full protection of the exposed timber lipping.
