Frame
Frame kits are supplied in the following dimensions:
- 2200mm x 22mm x 4 lengths for Door Jambs, with 1 length used as the mullion to divide the door/panel. The Mullion is primed on all 4 edges, while the other 3 lengths are primed on the 3 visible edges.
As it? a universal frame, nothing is pre-machined, so it can be cut down to whatever size you require, and the mullion can be moved to any position depending on which size doors and demi panel/side panel options are being used.
The set is supplied with loose stops, providing enough for the single access door as normal, and enough to go around both sides of the demi panel/side panel.

Important: Due to the unique design of this industrial-style door range, featuring narrow 80mm wide stiles and rails, we have sourced a specialist range of hardware to be used in conjunction with these doors. Our various latches are specifically designed with a 53mm latch casing to complement our 80mm stiles. Using alternative hardware could potentially cause significant damage and compromise the installation and functionality. Installation guidelines provided with each door must be adhered to.
