Frame Information
Door frames are supplied in lengths of 2.1 meters x 2 meters width and will need cutting down to suit the sizing configuration purchased before installation. Options available are 108mm x 22mm thickness or 133mm x 22mm thickness, supplied unfinished and ready to prime/paint on site.
Pair Maker (T-Lip)
This option can be used to create a door edge useful when installing doors as pairs. The pair maker is supplied primed white, ready to finish on site. Please add 12mm to the overall width if a pair maker is selected.
Doors are supplied as singular doors and not rebated. It is essential to follow the installation guidelines provided with each door for proper functionality.
Important Installation Information
Due to the unique design of these industrial-style doors, featuring narrow 80mm wide stiles and rails, specialized hardware is required. Various latches are designed with a 53mm latch casing to complement the 80mm stiles. Using alternative hardware could potentially cause significant damage and compromise the installation and functionality.
