Installation Instructions

This door comes with edge bands already affixed. However, if on-site trimming is required (maximum trimming allowance of 3mm), please follow the guidance below:

• Reapply the edge banding supplied within the packaging using a good quality impact glue.
• Maintain constant pressure on the edge band until it fully adheres to the long edges of the door.
• Ensure edges are square and flat after trimming for better adherence.

If reapplying the edge banding is not preferred, you can paint the long edge using a high-quality paint that matches the nearest RAL color to the door face. It is recommended to use masking tape on the door's face edge before painting to avoid overspill, and at least two coats should be applied for full protection of the exposed timber lipping.
