Frame Information
The door frames are supplied in lengths of 2.1 meters x 2 meters width, which will need to be cut to suit the sizing configuration purchased before installation. Options available are:
- 108mm x 22mm thickness
- 133mm x 22mm thickness (supplied unfinished, ready to prime/paint on site)
Pairmaker (T-Lip)
A pairmaker can be used to create a door edge useful for installing doors as pairs. It is supplied primed white and ready to finish on site. Please add 12mm to the overall width if a pairmaker is selected.
Installation Guidelines
Doors are supplied as singular doors and not rebated. Due to the unique design of this industrial style door range, featuring narrow 80mm wide stiles and rails, it is essential to use our specialist hardware, specifically designed with a 53mm latch casing to complement the 80mm stiles. Using alternative hardware could cause significant damage and compromise the installation and functionality. Please adhere to the installation guidelines provided with each door.
