The cassette system comes with a comprehensive timber lining kit (jambs) ensuring a perfect finish.
Jamb Specifications
The door jambs are available in two size options: 100mm or 125mm. For 3" studwork, the 100mm jambs will be required, resulting in a finished wall thickness of 100mm when used with 12.5mm plasterboard. For 4" studwork, the 125mm jambs will be suitable, yielding an overall wall thickness of 125mm when using 125mm plasterboard.
Installation Features
This system operates without a bottom track or threshold strip, as it is top hung from a track. Runners are attached to the top of the door via a bracket, allowing for an uninterrupted flooring surface throughout the opening. Additional accessories such as soft door closers, flush door pulls, and bathroom locks are available for separate purchase.
