The Premium Clear Glazed Double Pocket Door Set brings elegance and light into any space. Pre-fitted with clear bevelled toughened safety glass, this versatile door seamlessly complements both contemporary and period properties. Decorative beading creates a striking nine-panel aesthetic, adding visual interest and sophistication. The glazed design floods rooms with natural light whilst maintaining privacy, making it an ideal choice for connecting living areas or creating statement entrances.
This pocket door system allows you to slide the doors straight into discreet pockets that are hidden within the cavity. The pocket frame is constructed from strong galvanised steel and is supplied complete with the track and fixings. The cassette system is supplied complete with a comprehensive timber lining kit (jambs) to finish the installation perfectly.
The door jambs are available in two size options, 100mm or 125mm. If using 3" studwork, 100mm jambs are required to achieve a finished wall thickness of 100mm when finished with 12.5mm plasterboard. For 4" studwork, 125mm jambs are necessary to achieve an overall wall thickness of 125mm when using 125mm plasterboard.
There is no bottom track or threshold strip, as with all our pocket door systems, the pocket door frame is top hung from a track. Inside the track, there are runners attached to the top of the doors via a bracket. This means there is no threshold strip or track in the floor, allowing your flooring to continue through the opening undisturbed. Accessories such as soft door closers, flush door pulls, and bathroom locks can all be purchased separately.
