Jamb Options
The door jambs are available in two size options: 100mm or 125mm. For use with 3" studwork, the 100mm jambs are recommended, resulting in a finished wall thickness of 100mm when used with 12.5mm plasterboard. Alternatively, for 4" studwork, the 125mm jambs should be selected, which will yield an overall wall thickness of 125mm with 125mm plasterboard.
Design Features
This pocket door system does not require a bottom track or threshold strip. As with all pocket door systems, it is top-hung from a track, which allows your flooring to continue through the opening undisturbed. Runners attached to the top of the door via a bracket ensure smooth operation, even if the door warps over time.
Accessories such as soft door closers, flush door pulls, and bathroom locks can be purchased separately to enhance functionality.
