Frame Specifications
The door frames are supplied in lengths of 2.1 meters by 2 meters in width. They will need to be cut down to suit the sizing configuration purchased prior to installation. Available options include:
- 108mm x 22mm thickness
- 133mm x 22mm thickness (supplied unfinished, ready to prime/paint on site)
Pair Maker (T-Lip)
A pair maker can be used to create a door edge, particularly useful when installing doors as pairs (supplied primed white, ready to finish on site). Please add 12mm to the overall width if a pair maker is selected.
Installation Notes
These doors are supplied as singular doors and are not rebated. Due to the unique design featuring narrow 80mm wide stiles and rails, it is important to use the specialist range of hardware sourced specifically for these doors. The latches should be designed with a 53mm latch casing to complement the 80mm stiles. Using alternative hardware could lead to significant damage and compromise installation and functionality. Installation guidelines are provided with each door and must be adhered to.
